Tokyo Denpa was founded in 1934, 10 years earlier than Murata Manufacturing. We have been involved in the manufacture of crystal devices since our founding. In 1940, radio technology was highly evaluated, and as a factory designated by the Naval Research Laboratory, we began manufacturing radio communications equipment. With the mass production of crystal products, the scale of our plants has expanded, and we now have 4 (Two sites in Iwate Prefecture) plants in Iwate, Gunma and Tokyo. In August 2013, he became a member of Murata Manufacturing. In April 2016, we moved our head office functions from Omori, Tokyo, to Morioka City.
