| What is LTCC | We produce LTCC multilayer ceramic products using low–temperature fired ceramic (LTCC) materials. Products are used as highly reliable circuit boards for automotive electronic circuits and as electronic components for portable small equipment. The LTCC multilayer ceramic substrate is made of a sheet of glass material with alumina as an aggregate, on which an electronic circuit pattern is formed to form a multilayer. The LTCC multilayer ceramic substrate is then fired at about 900 ° C. Our LTCC multilayer ceramic substrates are environmentally friendly materials that do not contain hazardous substances such as lead. They are used as small element substrates with internal layers of high–precision elements for car electronics that require high reliability in poor environments and for small communication devices such as mobile phones. | JP-39_1-6-1_productOMM.jpg | ダウンロード |
| Participation in the 100 year anniversary event of Ogaki city | Ogaki Murata participated in the "Ogaki Future Festival" to commemorate Ogaki's 100 year anniversary. It was an opportunity to interact with many people, including the display of products from Ogaki Murata and Murata Group, the stage by the Murata cheerleaders, and MURATA BOY maneuvering experience with magic sticks by children. | JP-39_1-6-5_Gallery3OMM.JPG | ダウンロード |
| Plant tour | We invite local elementary school students to attend environmental management workshops every year. We provide opportunities to think about environmental issues in the form of quizzes and give Murata Seisaku demonstrations. | JP-39_OMM_202408_Relationship.JPG | ダウンロード |

| Manufacturing operator U–san | In the process of manufacturing substrates in clean rooms, I am involved in the actual production of products. Its main operations are sheet cutting, drilling, filling, electrode printing, and lamination. I am also involved in leader support work. It is interesting because the product changes with each process and you can learn the process in depth as you work. In order to shorten the production period, we try to reduce the number of man–hours in each process every day, and when we see the results, we feel a sense of achievement and satisfaction. I was happy when the worker said thank you to me when I improved the difficult or time–consuming work and made the work easier to understand and shortened. We will continue to work on improvements that will reduce the workload of workers. Ogaki Murata has various activity projects. By promoting each activity project, everyone is working to realize high–quality, low–cost, standardized "Manufacturing" and Takai labor productivity. The good thing about Ogaki Murata is that they challenge everything. | JP-39_1-6-4_Gallery2OMM.JPG | ダウンロード |
