Community Contribution Activities 1 | The Noto Peninsula earthquake on New Year's Day 2024 severely damaged the four Noto Peninsula factories of the Murata Group, but Wakura Murata and Anamizu Murata were able to restart as soon as possible with the support of relevant departments. On the other hand, the reconstruction of Anamizu Town and Nanao City has not progressed well, and in order to revitalize the region, Murata has decided to renew the illumination of the Otogasaki Tunnel, which was stopped by the earthquake, in cooperation with Noto Railway. We devised and created a design that condenses and expresses the specialties and famous places along the line connecting Anamizu to Nanao City in the tunnel, and also installed them. On April 6, 2025, we were able to unveil it to passengers on the first anniversary of the resumption of all lines, and we were involved in efforts to cheer up Noto. | JP-30_Nototetsu.JPG | ダウンロード |

Community Contribution Activities 2 | ■ Programming Classes We support elementary school students in learning programming. "Move! Teacher Robot" has received high praise from both children and employees who participated. ■ Cleanup activities We volunteer to clean up the area around Wakura Murata Manufacturing as well as nearby beaches. ■Illumination In winter, employees themselves decorate the fences along the roadside with illuminations to deliver excitement and healing to the local community. | JP-30_Demae.jpg | ダウンロード |

Grand Design Penetration Activities | In order to continue to be able to contribute to the community and society in the future, Wakura Murata Manufacturing has seriously considered what it should do to become a factory that is recognized as "I would like you to manufacture at Wakura Murata Manufacturing", and has set the ideal image of what it will be in 10 years as the "Global No. 1 town factory". In order to instill this as a grand design among employees, we hold briefing sessions and devise illustrations that make it easy to understand the connection between our initiatives and our work.
