LC bucket | This container is called LC bucket and is a specially designed reel product newly developed for logistics center.It is used for transportation and storage between factory and logistic center. Products inspection using RFID | The Logistics Center uses Murata's RFID Magic Strap for storage and shelving. Rapid Multistory Sorting Machine "MSS" | The Logistics Center uses an automatic sorting machine "MSS (Multi–Shuttle System)". The Logistics Center needs to sort 2000 to 4000 locations a day, but it is difficult for people to sort this within a limited time. MSS is a facility that automatically sorts at high speed, and has a capacity of 3000 boxes per hour. With the introduction of MSS, in addition to customer–specific sorting, it is now possible to automatically perform picking assortment by product name and placement on the labeling process. Factory shipping function | The Logistics Center is currently outsourced from 13 factories. The roles in the factory shipping function are inventory storage, picking, labeling, and outer packaging.These work based on factory shipping instructions.
