Murata Cosmos Co., Ltd., which was established on April 1, 2020 as a 100% owned subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing, provides contracted work from Murata Manufacturing affiliates and farm–style employment of people with disabilities at eight branch offices and three farms at each of its offices. In addition, we perform a wide range of duties, such as cleaning, product appearance sorting, and dustproof clothing cleaning entrusted by the office. In addition, the Murata Cosmos Indoor Farms in Hirakata and Ebina are in charge of growing herbs and making potpourri, and the greenhouse–type farms in Kasugai are growing vegetables to be delivered to Murata Manufacturing's cafeteria vendors.
Based on the concept of "normalization" that Murata Manufacturing values, we will continue to provide opportunities for diverse human resources to play an active role in good physical and mental health, and aim to create an environment where they can continue to work with enthusiasm. |
