Yokohama Technical Center is located in Hakusan Hi–Tech Park, Midori–ku, Yokohama. Since its establishment in 1988, we have devoted ourselves to develop a series of advanced products such as telecommunication modules and functional components for information/communication equipments and for automobiles. We also focus on developing core technologies of semiconductor circuit and devices as well as design technologies of mm–wave antenna/filter and noise reduction. As we have various experimental facilities including 10–meter semi–anechoic room certified EN45001 (Europe), NVLAP (the USA), and AUSTEL (Australia) as well as with FCC and VCCL, it is so much effective to conduct product developments meeting market needs and customer requests.
In addition to the functions of advanced development and designing of BUs (business units), with a collaborative relationship with ‘Minato MIRAI Innovation Center’ (located in Nishi–ku, Yokohama, founded in 2020), we accelerate getting keen customer needs and technology seeds for next generations. Through such actions we extend the flow from R&D to products or business developments more effectively, contributing to support Murata’s continuous growth. |
