| Analytical technology services supporting everything from research and development to manufacturing | Murata’s engineers utilize analytical techniques as a standard tool and put into practice Murata Philosophy of “applying scientific approach,” and “creating innovative products and solutions being trustworthy.” Supporting these efforts, the Analysis Department offers a wide range of analytical technologies to serve all departments, from research and development to manufacturing, providing services that contribute to improving product characteristics and quality, as well as resolving production–related issues. | JP-05_Gallery3.jpg | ダウンロード |
| Development of Analytical Technologies Supporting Proprietary Product Development | Advanced materials development, the starting point of Murata’s Integrated Production System (Murata’s unique end–to–end manufacturing approach), requires cutting–edge analytical technologies to reveal material characteristics. Since its inception, the Analysis Department has been a pioneer, actively introducing advanced technologies—such as the early adoption of costly transmission electron microscopes ahead of many other companies—and applying them to business operations. Even today, we continue to develop and leverage analytical technologies using state–of–the–art equipment, including transmission electron microscopes capable of atomic–level observation and synchrotron radiation facilities. | JP-05_Gallery4.jpg | ダウンロード |
