Murata Innovation Museum | Official name: Murata Innovation Museum (MIM) MIM is a training place where employees learn about Murata’s history, company beliefs, management ideas, and important values. It helps people change their behavior and create new ideas, supporting employee growth. All Murata employees can learn about Murata’s past and present, which helps increase engagement. The building has two parts separated by the entrance lobby: the exhibition hall on the south side and the library on the north side. Both are used for training.
