Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s Da Nang factory was established in 2003 as "Viet Hoa Electronics Co., Ltd." under the Toko Group and became part of the Murata Manufacturing Group in 2016.
The factory's main product, metal power inductors, is adopted by many smartphone manufacturers, and recently sales to automotive manufacturers have also been increasing. To ensure that customers in the automotive market can confidently choose our products, we are committed to establishing a strong foundation for automotive manufacturing.
We aim to practice Murata's unique manufacturing philosophy based on scientific management while fostering a culture within the EMI division that values challenges and innovation. Our goal is to create a workplace where local talent can thrive. The average age of our employees is 29, indicating significant potential for growth.
Additionally, the Da Nang factory is focused on "building sustainable social infrastructure." We prioritize dialogue with local communities and strive to create a factory rooted in Vietnam that connects with future generations. Together with our Ho Chi Minh factory, we aim for “One Vietnam.” |
