The company's commitment to building innovative solutions resonates deeply with my own career goals, driving me to create impactful solutions that address real–world challenges. One of the initiatives I'm proud of is our Predictive Maintenance solution tailored for Industry 4.0, which has significantly advanced our offerings in the maintenance domain, supported by a carefully cultivated partner ecosystem. Smart Agriculture | I Joined Murata India in 2021. It has been a very good journey since then I am handling the agri–tech business development which is well aligned with SDG’s defined by the UN. This is one the emerging areas going forward and as a Murata’s philosophy which aim’s social well being and provide sustainable solution. We focus on small and medium hold farmers who are 140 million in number. We are aiming to provide solutions to farming community and the stakeholders. In India to feed 1.4 billion people the existing land and practice is not enough to cope up with growing demands. Hence Murata wants to provide the solution to reduce the use of Inputs and increase the quality of yield. With our Technology we are able to create the value proposition for the farmers in terms and reducing the inputs and increasing the yield. Thus the details are below Increase of Yield by 24% Reduction of: Irrigation water use By 37% Electricity use by 37% labour use by 10% pesticide use by 57% fertilizer use by 53% By the showcase of above value proposition Farmers showed their commitment to Murata and continuing with us in subsequent cycles.
