This is Ms. Mary Uma, It’s an immense pleasure to be part of MIE from May 2014.
To be honest when I joined Murata Japanese culture was totally new for me. Japanese Work culture is based on intense commitment, ethics, and extreme dedication to the company and the work, with an extremely high sense of responsibility. This educated me the importance of punctuality and keep on upgrading yourself by learning new things and enhancing skill set.
I’m into customer support where I’m handling direct and distributor customers. I’m passionate to optimize CS activities and majorly involving in BPR activity to migrate manual jobs also be a solution provider for my team.
Murata has benefited me in terms of personal & professional growth through new opportunities & trainings. India has potential market for electronics industry and through advancement of Products and creating innovative solutions we have great growth in Global Business.
I strongly believe to continue learning and imbibing new skills and move ahead and climb the higher rungs of my professional ladder. |
