I’m so happy to write this message and express my feeling through celebrating Murata 80th years Anniversary.
I started working in TMT with only a few colleagues in 1992 now with 64 persons. I have seen TMT growing up year by year with generation to generation, with many expats bosses from Japan and the latest one from Singapore. I have gained much experience through success and failures over the years.
Currently, TMT’s main business is harvester sales and sales increase more than double in the past 5 years. Automotive market has always been our main business challenged by gradual transformation from harvesting to seeder sales under our new business target in energy, medical/healthcare market. Many challenging tasks are awaiting us to take on important role to contribute and achieve, “Global No.1 Component and Module Supplier” mission. I am confident that we can do it.
Many people asked why I was able to stay in TMT for such a long time. My reply is it comes from my sense of “Belonging” and “Ownership” and I always serve with my heart. Murata is a global company, transparent and stable, with clear vision and direction. In TMT, I am given every chance to learn and grow, hence, I work with confidence and happiness. I appreciate and I am proud to be working for Murata.
