MME–Sales is a business handling and conduct sales activities for MME Batu Gajah which is one of the largest electronics industries and known around the world. It is no surprise that newcomers are making their move in here. I joined Murata with the understanding that the company is renowned for its technology advancements and dynamic environment. I thought it could be both exciting and also challenging to me. In MME–Sales, we are evolving to place ever stronger emphasis on continuous learning and skill development. This provides our staffs plenty of opportunities to grow professionally and stay updated with the latest business trends, law and regulations in Malaysia. MME–Sales support in onboarding process, helping new employees integrate smoothly into the organization and their job responsibilities. This includes mentorship and career coaching programs, which provide the much needed support and guidance to staffs, helping them to successfully integrate into their respective functions. Working in the HR, I play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring employees are engaged and motivated.
